With Live Register Access Terminals installed at entry points to your secure areas, identification is achieved by placing a thumb on the scanner. Only if authentication is successful and access has been granted to that area will the lock be released.

Access through a door can be restricted either in a single direction (with a simple door release switch on the opposite side of the door) or in both directions requiring fingerprint authentication to open the door from either side.
